They say that if you want to give God a good laugh,
--just tell Him your plans.
Well, He and I are having a good laugh.
Just as soon as I start talking about the free time I’m going to have, as soon as I say that out loud, my calendar and my life fill to overflowing.
Well, it was nice for a day or two to think I actually would have some disposable time.
And I’m spared from getting bored or lazy.
I just hope I still have my eyesight when I finally get some "free" time.

What filled your calendar?
Oh, things like teaching Relief Society, speaking at an enrichment, hosting a luncheon at my house, jury duty, presidency meetings, a very long list of things to do, some wants and some needs, and just stuff and stuff and stuff.
Funny, our book club book is The One Minute Manager. Wonder if I'll manage to read it.
Your closets may not get cleaned but at least your video tape won't be blank!
